Casa Santiago, owned and managed by the folks at Casa de Amistad, fully furnished small 3 bedroom house with two queen sized beds and one full sized bed, is located just 1/2 block from La Chata Beach in Barrio Bravos de Boston (one of the nicest residential neighborhoods on the island). This house has just been newly remodelled with new Saltillo tile, a beautiful new kitchen, new living space, washer and dryer, all new windows and doors, and air conditioning. It is a great house for a great price. Includes a key to the amenities of Casa de Amistad Guesthouse (ie. pool and courtyard) located just a mile a way. Although three bedrooms, it is a small cottage and is comfortable for 4 people.

Casa Santiago is a great place to begin and end your day. But the best part of your stay will be the exploration of this great little island which still holds on to its charm and unspoiled natural beauty from what seems like another place in time... You'll leave changed!

Location
The Bravos de Boston neighborhood is located near the uncrowded, beautiful La Chata Beach on Vieques' North Shore. Close to town, yet picturesque and quiet with breathtaking views of Culebra and Culebrita.

Policies
A credit card number must accompany any reservation. Master Card, Visa personal checks or cash acceptable for reservation and payment. If you are planning to pay cash, payment must be made prior to the evening of your stay.

Cancellation Policies
Vary based on the individual reservation. Generally, there is no penalty if cancelled more than one month prior to the reservation. If cancelling within the month the penalty fee is 1/2 of the confirmed stay unless we are able to rebook the room.
